I don't see how a pink fairy armadillo is steel, it seems sort of soft. How about pure ground to steel-wind (I'm usually against cangeing types entirely, however)

What does the Wind Turbine do? I think it should serve as a Wind-type variant of the Absorb Bulb/Cell Battery.

As usual, I get a downside to the new rule, but this rule helps in getting this suggestion moving again. Changed the types of these two Pokemon.
